Dr. Young Min Kim completes fellowship at WISER

Dr. Young Min Kim has recently completed his year fellowship with WISER. Dr. Kim's yearlong fellowship with WISER provided him with the tools to successfully train healthcare professionals in his native country of South Korea.
During his time at WISER, he submitted numerous research posters to a variety of organizations which include the following:
International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare, January 2010, Phoenix Arizona:
"Perception of Realism and Course Relevance Compared to Years of Experience in a Simulation Based Paramedic Airway Training Program." -Young Min Kim, John Lutz, Paul Phrampus.
"Simulation Experience and Practicing Emergency Physicians' Perceptions to a Simulation-Based Difficult Airway Training Program."-Young Min Kim, Paul Phrampus.
Safar Symposium - Trainees Research Day, June 2010, Pittsburgh PA:
"Simulation Experience and practicing Emergency Physicians' Perceptions to a Simulation-Based Difficult Airway Training Program." -Young Min Kim
Young Min Kim won the best simulation poster award for his poster "Simulation Experience and practicing Emergency Physicians' Perceptions to a Simulation-Based Difficult Airway Training Program." Research day judges selected a winning poster in each of the 5 different departments participating in the inaugural research day which included Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and WISER/Simulation.
WISER is appreciative of the work completed by Dr. Kim and the cultural diversity that he brought from South Korea to share with the staff of WISER.
