The best way to receive help regarding WISER and the WISER website is to email wiserhelp@upmc.edu. This email address goes to multiple people at WISER who can quickly answer your question or address your concern. This address is also often answered after normal business hours and weekends. You can also receive help by calling WISER at (412)648-6073. This number is answered weekdays from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
